This SR is to assist users with changing the display language in their accounts. If the user is having difficulty, please refer to SR ‘Change Language - Admin’.

Thank you for your patience. You can update your language with the instructions below:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the Navigation Menu (3 horizontal lines).
3. Click on ‘My Account’ from the Menu (located at the very bottom).
4. Locate ‘Display Language’ and select the language of your choice.
5. Click on ‘Save’ (located at the very bottom).
Note: The portal has 4 display languages to select from: Arabic, English (US), French (France), and Spanish (Latin America).
