Specialist Notes:


This SR is to assist DisasterReady End-User Support instructors with changing the display language for users. It can either be on request or if a user accidentally changes his/her display settings.


1. Locate the user’s account (Menu >> Admin >> Users).

2. In the search results area, click on the user’s name under the ‘User’ Column.

3. After being redirected to the user’s account information, click on the ‘Edit Record’ button located in the lower right corner of the screen.

4. Under the ‘Settings’ section, change the language to the user’s preference.

5. Click ‘Save’.

Sure! I’d be happy to update your display language. May I ask which language would you like to have displayed? The portal only has 4 display languages to select from: Arabic, English (US), French (France), and Spanish (Latin America).
