On your DisasterReady homepage, kindly go to My Account > Mobile Devices. Click on the 'Add Device' option. You will be prompted to enter a device name and a temporary PIN, after which you will see the following steps appear:

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process for your device. Please keep this window open until your device has been registered.

1. Open the Learn app on your device.
2. Enter your portal name.
3. Tap the Alternative Login Method link on the main screen.
4. Tap Register Device in the modal window, and enter the information listed below (you will be given a set of temporary credentials to enter in the Learn app on your device, along with your temporary PIN).
