If you get any requests in Arabic, kindly provide them with this SR. If they indicate that they are comfortable speaking in English, then kindly proceed with assisting them with their issue.
If they are more comfortable speaking in Arabic, the user is to send their request to DisasterReady.org_Direct-ar@mail.eskillz.com
Once a user sends a request to the above email address, it will automatically open a ticket. The SRs that are located under 'DisasterReady.org [Arabic] Direct Email Support' have Arabic translations in Standard Response. In the Specialist Notes, we have put the Specialist Notes and the Standard Response in English. The Ticket Processor will use the Arabic SRs to respond to the user.
Note: Due to alignment issues, the Arabic SRs are only to be used in tickets. They will NOT show up correctly (Right to Left) if used in chat.
If you run into any issues using the Arabic responses, please let us know!
