Save the Children users are required to update their certification every 4 years. It is a rolling deadline so if the user first took the course on May 1, 2017, they will be required to retake the course for re-certification by May 1, 2021. If a user is properly mapped to Save the Children, they will receive a notification 3 months prior to that due date AND a new instance of the course will be pushed to the user's account. If the user is NOT mapped properly to Save the Children, they will only receive the notification but NOT the new instance of the course. Therefore they are unable to get an updated certificate. If you look up the user and this is the case, please escalate so the Admin can assign the course to the user's account.
The original three-hour Save the Children Personal Safety And Security E-Course were retired due to flash issues and replaced with the Personal Safety and Security Certificate. Once all the learning within this curriculum is completed, you can re-register for the curriculum to retake the training as required by Save the Children.
