User may express difficulties with viewing the documents referenced in modules 1& 2 and proceeding with the course. User should be able to view the documents by advancing to the next slide and selecting the "Resources" tab. Once they review the documents, they should be able to proceed with the course. **For Module 2, they will need to enter something in the text box before they may proceed to the next slide.
I am sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your course. The administrators have advised that they are working with the course providers to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you should be able to review the documents for both modules in the resources tab. To access the documents, please advance one slide and select the Resources tab. Please note that for module 2, you will need to enter something in the text field to enable the Next button. Once you have reviewed the documents in the Resources tab on the following slide, you should be able to proceed with the course.
