This training is different from most and consists of a series of tasks/assessments. These must be passed with a minimum score of 80%, and can be retaken if needed until this score is achieved.

Each unit offers a certificate on completion – these are certificates from the course provider and not CSOD Foundation. The only official certificate from CSOD Foundation is earned on completion of the training.

Users sometimes have trouble progressing through the tasks. Advise them on navigating this, and remind them they must exit by using the white Exit button before closing out by clicking the ‘X’ to close the window.

Kindly note that to move forward you must select the icon next to each response to view the feedback for that response. Once you have reviewed an answer's feedback, you'll notice that the icon beside it turns a lighter shade of red or green, indicating that it has been opened.

After all feedback has been read, you should be able to continue on to the next slide using the "Continue' button that becomes available.
