Users may re-enroll/retake training to get a new certificate with a current completion date. However, most completed courses cannot be requested again by the user. A new occurrence of the course must be assigned by admin. Please complete a ticket and include the course information, and we will escalate the request.

There are two exceptions to this that users can request themselves: Personal Safety and Security Certificate and Kidnapping and Hostage Survival. Please help them navigate to the training information page and request these trainings if needed.

You can retake the training to earn a new certificate, but the course has to be re-assigned by our administrators. We will need to open a ticket to have the trainings assigned to you. One moment please while I setup your ticket.
