In 2020, CSOD Foundation partnered with HPass, allowing users who completed select courses or curricula to earn badges on the HPass platform. This partnership has since ended, and CSOD Foundation no longer issues or supports badges in HPass.

When Users Contact Support

Users may report that:

• They completed a course or curriculum in CSOD Foundation but did not receive an HPass badge.
• The HPass website still states that completing certain CSOD Foundation courses earns an HPass badge.

Resolution

• Explain that the information displayed on the HPass website is outdated.
• Advise the user that CSOD Foundation no longer issues HPass badges and cannot assist with HPass accounts or badge requests.
• Do not attempt to troubleshoot or escalate HPass badge requests.

If users are insistent that there is information at the HPass site that links to Disaster Ready for credit, kindly encourage them to reach out directly to the HPass team at info@hpass.org to inquire on how they can get recognition from them for the content available through the DisasterReady platform. 

Explain that we do not provide support for, or have access to HPass, and we cannot advise on this process.

Unfortunately, CSOD Foundation no longer issues HPass badges.
