If a user comes in and says they've already requested a password reset email but haven't gotten the email, please reset the user's password using the system-generated password in FreshChat and send that temporary password to the user via email.

You may change your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password' or 'Reset Password', depending on which screen you are on. You will receive an email with a link to click on to reset your password. If you have any issues, please let us know. We would be happy to reset it for you from our end as well.
