We can update information on a user's profile. This is typically a user's name or email address but could also be changing their organization's name, etc.
Note: The system will not save any changes if there is outstanding required information. Required fields have been added over the years so look for any field marked with a red asterisk (*) symbol that is not filled in. Location is a common one that we see blank. Please ask the user for the missing information and update their profile. You should then be able to save it.
