The CSOD Foundation LMS has two portals: ‘DisasterReady’ & ‘NonProfitReady’.

DisasterReady: This portal is for used to train humanitarian aid and development professionals. It offers courses in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic.

NonProfitReady: This portal is used for training nonprofit employees (board members and volunteers). Courses in this portal are in English only.

End-User Support may see users having difficulties accessing a specific course. Often, the user is in the wrong portal. We can switch the user to appropriate portal which then allows the user to access the course.
