Users may request a name update for previously earned certificates after a name change. If they are asking for more than five certificates to be edited, advise them that we limit the number of requests to five.

We are able to update certificates as requested,  but there is a limit to the number of certificates we can edit per user. We can process a maximum of five certificates. If you can list up to five specific certificates that need to be updated, we can take care of this request.
