Please keep in mind that deactivation and deletion are two different actions.


The administrators have authorized us to disable/deactivate a user's account on request. The account can be deactivated while the user is in chat. Instructions for deactivating accounts in CSOD can be found under Account Deactivation Request SR. 


If the user is insistent that their account be deleted, please refer to Account Deletion Request.
