Users may ask if the certificate information can be edited or updated to a different language. 

Please advise them that certificates are not offered in multiple languages, and the certificate language cannot be changed or edited.

Exception:

If the user pushes back and states that a certificate in their language is required for compliance, regulatory, or official purposes, gather the relevant details (course name, language requested, reason for compliance need) and escalate the request for further review.
